(NECN: John Moroney, Marshfield, Mass.) - A worker at the annual Marshfield, Massachusetts fair is under arrest, charged with the rape of two young girls. Jeffrey Witham of Oxford, Maine was arraigned Monday afternoon in Plymouth District Court. Police say the 18-year-old is a midway worker at the fair.
