NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - The hottest player on the men's pro tennis tour has withdrawn from the Pilot Pen in New Haven. Juan Martin del Potro of Spain withdrew this afternoon, blaming exhaustion. He says he wants to rest and recover in time for the U.S. Open, which begins next week. Del Potro is the 17th ranked player in the world and was seeded third at the Pilot Pen.
